In between daily life, works, journey, and other routines, I find inspiration hidden everywhere. All those beautiful colors are meant to paint the world in the most unsuspected ways.

No, it’s not even December.
Santa Claus is probably one of the most famous fictional characters ever known by humanity. But to tell you truth, I have never wish I’d get a present from him. Because the only thing I envy for this breaded creature, is his ability to be Santa Claus.
Do you envy him? To be able to spread happiness, collecting memories of smile.
I don’t live in the North Pole. But I still want to be one. Hoping you all like the present, hoping it may brigthen up your day ;)
For those of you who wonder why I keep writing while I have a pile of paper on my desk and deadline to meet. The answer is easy, this is the only thing that makes me sane. When I sit on my desk because I was too early to scan my finger print, I write everything that flashed out. Or the time when I was waiting on the public transportation because of the traffic jam.
You know, for some reasons, writing with ink or pencil has greater satisfaction than typing words on invisible space. The joy of crossing misspelled words or the fun by spinning the pen when blanked out are hardly compare to the ticking of the keyboard or the Backspace button.
As for me, journal is something personal. I’ve never made one myself, but I have loyalty to fill it up. To make it meaningful. Usually, I write almost everything. Mostly about my daily expenses, my to-do-list, my goals, and some lines. About you, about the rain, about them, bestfriend, people, and feelings.
For example, I got this comfortable yellow journal for my birthday present. When I turn the pages back to the first page, I flashback to the whole 10 months before. My birthday, my graduation, my dreams. It is nice to remember the glory of the past, but it is just a sign to move on to the next plan. Let’s run again, shall we?

Selamat Hari Jumat untuk yang merayakan :P
Yesterday, I had my first curry experience. My big sister always proud about her trip across South Asia where she ate curry, like every day. So, I’m actually a bit excited to taste how magical the curry is.
GO!Curry opened their first outlet on Cilandak Town Square, and followed by the second one on Pacific Place. The place has a cozy dimmed atmosphere with different table style. The long table with high chair, the bar, and also the normal table for four. The restaurant gives you a 7-Eleven Slurpee style, where you got the power to customize your own curry, ala carte.
First you got to choose your curry. There’s brown curry, green curry, red curry, yellow curry, and rogan-josh curry. Every curry has different taste regarding the ingredient or the original place of the curry. Like the brown curry which resembles Japanese curry or rogan-josh curry from India. Since I don’t like spicy food at all, I choose the yellow curry which has more sweetness from the tomato (and cashews maybe), while my sisters got the red spicy curry and the rogan-josh curry—the house special.
After that, you need to choose the spiciness level from mild (the one that I choose :D), medium, hot, very hot, and insanely hot. Then here comes the rice. There are three selections from the long grain rice, cilantro butter rice, to aromatic yellow rice. The three of us agreed to choose the cilantro butter rice though I think the yellow rice has more flavours on it.
The last step is to choose the topping, the most powerful choice. My sister ordered the Australian Oxtail and Lamb Cubes with Herbs, while I choose the Breaded Prawn. The other choices are included tandoor chicken tikka, zesty cheese chicken, breaded fish, mixed vegetables, chicken katsu, and New Zealand green shell mussels. Sadly, the sweetness of the prawn made my yellow curry tasted sweeter. But hey, it still tasted delicious. There’s so much things going on my mouth, I don’t know whether it is the herb or something else, so I just keep eating. The cilantro butter is the perfect choice, it must be the crowd favorite. And the most important thing, the portion is considered big (I warn you, the plate is really big~). So you’ll find yourself pleased enough to leave with big smile and full stomach :P

The restaurant carries the motto “Eat Curry. Be Happy.”, which I love. And some extra thing, they have cute paper lining featured their restaurant icons. You can ask for a pencil color and start colored it :)
My first curry experience turns out great. Though I hate spicy food, I’m surprised that I can still enjoy the curry (while curry is famous for its hot complex taste). And I think, it is such a smart thing to give the customer the power to play with their menu. It’s kinda give you the force to come back and try another mix, until you find the perfect taste that give you that ‘whoa’ factor.
